We are very pleased to announce the launch of 2 PSL-Qlife calls for applications!

1 - Our annual Interdisciplinary call for one or more teams from PSL-Qlife.

The deadline is set for May 2nd (23h59). Reviewing criteria include : scientific quality, interdisciplinary aspects, novelty and expertise of the team to carry out the project. Projects with teams in more than one institute of Qlife will be favored to foster new collaborations. Funding will be up to 100k€ per application, for up to 4 projects.

You can find the template for application as well as frequently asked questions in the list of documents.

2 - A joint call with the QBI (Quantitative Bioscience Institute at UCSF) on Quantitative Approaches for Studying Complex Biological Phenomena.

We will award one-year collaborative pilot projects where quantitative approaches are used to study complex biological problems. Awards will be given to collaborating researchers based at QBI and PSL-Qlife and we encourage original, bold studies that would be unlikely to be supported through conventional grants. We are anticipating awarding 3-6 grants for a total budget of the call of 600k$ (540k€). We would like to encourage research on COVID-19 by reserving one to two funding options to COVID-19 related projects.

Please visit http://qbi.ucsf.edu/ to discover all teams of the QBI.

Application is 1-page long, all details are in the document “Joint call Qlife QBI” from the list of document.
