Course - Transcribing the genome in 4D 2019

This one week workshop is the first winter school organized by PSL and its Qlife program in quantitative biology and taught at the Ecole Normale Supérieure.

This workshop covers the latest advances in single-cell transcriptomics and single-molecule approaches, as well as dynamical modelling of gene networks and chromosome organisation.

In addition to lectures from a broad range of experts, participants are introduced to the know-how through performing a number of numerical workshops.
